        Developing Leaders Who Deliver Results

There are over 250,000 new small businesses that start up every year. Our typical entrepreneurial or start-up client is in the first 3-5 years of business and have $100,000 to $1 million in annual revenues.
Many of entrepreneurs and small business owners start their own business for a couple of reasons:
bullet They want to create a better lifestyle for them and their family
bullet They are tired of working in a dead-end job for managers and companies with no vision
bullet They are seeking more work-life balance
bullet They recognize that the best way to become financially independent is to work for yourself.
Many of entrepreneurs and small business owners are highly skilled, very intelligent, and motivated. They know what they want and they go after it. They are willing to take a risk and they love to be challenged.

However, soon after they start their business things start to go awry.

bullet They aren’t able to find new clients.
bullet Their current clients leave.
bullet They realize that they love doing the work, but dislike finding the work.
bullet They become caught up in the everyday details, but start to lose sight of the big picture.
bullet They start to feel like they are trapped in just another job.
bullet They begin to see that their business is running them, not the other way around.

What is the commitment for business coaching?
As Business and Sales Coaches we ask that you be willing to commit 2 to 4 hours a month meeting 1-on-1 with your business coach to develop specific goals, strategies, and Action Plans.

The financial commitment ranges from $400 to $1200 a month for a minimum of 3 months, but the biggest commitment is your time and energy to follow through on your goals and plans outside of the coaching sessions to create the business and the life style you really want!

If you are not sure you're ready to invest that amount, the Practice Building Program is a very cost-effective way to experience the power of coaching and receive some practical guidance on how to grow your business. Click here to find out more.
